Pontis Marketing Success Program
The Marketing Success Program is designed to help Pontis customers get maximum value from the Marketing Delivery Platform. Using best practices and marketing support services, the program features three main modules:

Assessment and planning:
Before implementation, Pontis Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) help translate your plans and goals into a refined set of target audiences, objectives, and marketing offers. With advanced planning methodologies and tools, Pontis helps to create a comprehensive roadmap of marketing offers including aspects such as trials, control groups, reminder policies, follow-up offers, fall-back offers to non-responders, and more.

Marketing soft launch:
During the first 3-6 months following deployment, Pontis SME’s accompany your marketers and provide guidance for a range of activities such as planning offers, defining offer "value paths", monitoring and improving offers, analyzing aspects such as cannibalization and halo effects, as well as daily and periodic system operation tasks. Pontis provides periodic presentations of the results and related insights.

Evolution and comprehensive analysis:
After a few months of operation, we help you to understand the accumulated performance data and combine insights with conclusions. We will help you to identify and understand trends such as:
